Privacy notice

1. Data controller and contact

SRV IT SERVICES is responsible for the processing described in this notice.

For privacy inquiries and to exercise your rights, write to [email protected] with the subject "Privacy and personal data".

This notice applies to the SRV commercial website and inquiries received through its forms. Access to SRV Nube and remote assistance are separate services; this notice does not replace the notices and terms applicable to those services.

2. Data we process

• Name, company or business, contact email, city and state.
• Business unit, product or service of interest, industry or business activity, related systems and the context you share in your message. We do not request access credentials or confidential data from those systems.
• Your authorization to respond to the inquiry, the version of the notice presented, submission date and reference.
• Technical connection and security information, such as IP address, browser data, date, pages visited and request status. The form service uses an IP fingerprint to limit abusive submissions.

We do not request sensitive personal data, identity documents, banking information or passwords in commercial forms. Avoid including them or customer or other people's data without authorization.

3. Purposes and consent

We use inquiry data to respond, understand your business needs, guide your interest in products or projects and follow up on a distribution request. We also protect website operation and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions.

Forms require your express authorization through a checkbox that is not preselected. You can read this notice before submitting. If you do not wish to authorize the processing necessary to respond, do not send the form.

Submitting a request does not subscribe you to advertising, newsletters or marketing campaigns. Any use for those purposes requires separate authorization. We do not sell inquiry data.

4. Providers and communications

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify forms and reduce automated submissions. This check processes technical browser information and a verification token; we do not send Turnstile the text, name, company or email address from your inquiry.

The website uses email, security and traffic distribution services, including Cloudflare. These services may process technical information and communications needed to operate the website and deliver your request. Read the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Your inquiry is directed to the SRV team at [email protected]. If continuing requires sharing your contact details with an independent distributor, we will inform you and request authorization where applicable. Communications required by an authority or by law will be handled under applicable regulations.

Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other platforms take you to services with their own terms and notices. Your interactions there are also governed by their providers' policies.

5. Retention and security

To prevent repeated emails, we compare a protected fingerprint of each inquiry for ten minutes. This fingerprint does not store the text or email address in the control log and is purged with the other form metadata.

We retain inquiries in the email system for as long as necessary to respond, follow up on the commercial relationship and meet applicable obligations. Once no longer needed, the information is deleted or blocked as appropriate.

Form control metadata does not include message content or the sender's email address. Records older than 24 hours are cleared when a subsequent valid request is processed. This cleanup does not delete email conversations or infrastructure service security logs.

We apply access controls, encrypted communications and measures to reduce unauthorized access or use. You can request information about processing or deletion of data through our privacy contact.

6. ARCO rights, restrictions and withdrawal

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your data; you may also restrict its use or disclosure and withdraw your consent where legally applicable.

Write to [email protected]. Include your name, a way to contact you, the right you wish to exercise or your request, the data involved and your inquiry reference if available. For corrections, specify the change requested. We will verify your identity or authority through an appropriate method; do not send identity documents through the commercial form.

An ARCO request decision is communicated within a maximum of 20 business days of receipt and, where applicable, implemented within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when legally justified. Exercising these rights is free, except for permitted reproduction or delivery costs.

Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed and may be subject to retention obligations. We will inform you of any legal restriction preventing us from acting on your request. You may contact the competent personal data protection authority under applicable law.

7. Cookies and website technologies

We store your light, dark or automatic appearance preference in your browser's local storage under the srv-theme key. You can reset it using the selector or delete it through your browser tools.

Cloudflare may use cookies or other identifiers for security and abuse prevention, depending on the feature involved. You can manage cookies and storage in your browser; blocking them may affect some features or security checks.

Cloudflare adds technical performance and traffic measurement through Web Analytics/RUM to understand loading times and website operation. According to the provider's documentation, this component does not use cookies or browser storage for measurement. Read the Cloudflare measurement privacy information.

With your optional permission, we may use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions and the Meta pixel to measure campaigns and create remarketing audiences. These providers may process browser identifiers, cookies, IP addresses and browsing events outside Mexico. We do not send your name, email, phone number or inquiry text to these tools.

Analytics and advertising are disabled until you authorize them. You can accept, reject or choose each purpose, and change your decision using Privacy preferences in the footer. We store your choice in srv-privacy-choice-v1 for 180 days; when it expires, we will ask again. Rejecting does not prevent browsing or submitting an inquiry. Withdrawal stops future transmissions and removes optional cookies accessible from this website; it does not erase data already received by providers.

Read the policies of Google and Meta. Your form details are not added to advertising lists or newsletters without separate permission.

8. Updates to this notice

We will publish updates on this page with their date and version. If a processing purpose requiring your authorization changes, we will obtain the relevant consent before using the data for that purpose.
